When i turn on my computer, screen is all black after i log in?

i can change the image in the backround but i cant acess the taskbar.i always go to task manager an put new task and enter Explorer.exe.But then when i turn it off and then i turn it back on the screen is black again and i have to do that thing with the taks manager everytime i login.What can i do???
