Dizziness and unbalance, what is the cause? Please help?

I sprained a muscle it seems about two weeks back, in the upper back. I went to a doctor who gave me two injections and the following tablets - Nimesulide and paracetamol. And thiocolchicoside. Anyway, things were going fine until the fourth day of the meds when I suddenly felt like this immense dizziness and a feeling like i was going to fall down. This I have never felt before, it only started after this entire back pain thing began. After that the doctor gave me the following for - Cinnarizine 25 tabs. Now the dizziness has been persistent since a week now, as for the back pain, it has largely subsided, but it still remains mildly. What is the most discomfort to me is the dizziness and unbalance feeling. This feeling itself has now reduced a bit as compared to a week back. But it's not gone completely. I feel alright when I am laying down or say, resting my head. But when I walk, I feel this slight sense of imbalance. It's been about 3 weeks since all of this began [back pain, I mean, not the dizziness, dizziness persists since just one week]. Can anybody please help me? I am petrified because i don't like this feeling at all, even though i did not really fall down any time, but I am extremely worried. Will this go away on it's own? Can medications be possibly causing this? Or will this disappear with my back problem?
