How do i file Arizona taxes when my husband is a resident of a different state?

I am a resident of Arizona and my husband is a resident of Alaska. Arizona state taxes ask what your federal adjusted gross income is, but this would include my husbands wages which are NOT taxable by Arizona. Should I use married filing separate? or what do i do?
