Does anybody remember Dustin Rhodes as "Platinum" in WCW?

I have heard that he was supposed to play a Goldust rip-off called Platinum but it never happened. I read on wikipedia that promos for the character were leaked on the internet a few years ago. If you know where I can find the promo,pics, or anything regarding the Platinum gimmick please let me know.
