Does this happen with everyone or is it an arrhythmia?

I've had a real high fever over the weekend so one, can a fever induce maybe a past arrhythmia or just bring one about? Secondly, I'm not sure if it's just a spasm in my neck or chest making me think it's an arrhythmia but it feels like a fluttering a little bit and also if I feel my chest, and this is the part I'm wondering if everyone has, I'll breathe in regularly without thinking and my heart will do one big thud outside of the lub dup, but it'll do it a few times in a row and then not for one or two full beats and start again so does this just occur with regular breathing when your exhaling, the lack of inhaled air for a second makes your heart pause?
