Would harry be an eighth horcrux?

i say this because didn't voldemort intend to make 6 horcruxes, the 7th being the bit of soul remaining in himself? and although he used harry's blood in order to "resurrect" in goblet of fire, he didn't intend for harry to have a bit of his soul within him. therefore, wouldn't harry be an eighth horcrux? what do u think?
