Why do guys have to be such perverts whenever you do something ?

First off i'm not being rude or disgusting here, i'm just trying to understand why guys are perverts. My husband and I are water sport lovers and fans and recently he built an pool in our backyard and he putted some extra stuffs in it. Yesterday, he installed some tunnels in the pool for my children to play and swim through. He installed it while there was water in the pool because he felted like not draining it. So when he was done, he told me to take a dive in and see what i think since i was sitting on the deck tanning and wearing my swim suit bikini. So i putted on some dive fins and a mask and a snorkel and i took a dive in and swam underwater through the things he installed. When i came back up and stepped onto the cement floor to give him some feedback, as soon as i took my snorkel out of my mouth, he grabbed me and took me to the bedroom and then putted his in my mouth telling me to give him head so i did, good thing my kids were at their friend's house. But the only thing bothers me why does he have to be so perverted when he saw me with a snorkel ?? A snorkel is not sensual or y in any way or is it ?? Why did he had thoughts about me giving him head when he saw my snorkel ?? I don't understand him sometimes even though we've been married for 5 years.
