Lack of communication?

I have been with my boyfriend for almost 4 years and I feel like the communication between us is GONE. He often has aggression in his voice when he talks to me,he treats me more like a sister and teases me a lot which can be annoying and not very loving he never wants to talk to me about issues we might have....I will do all the talking and he will say very little or just ignores my comment! He puts low effort into hanging out with me and I always feel like I have to say something about us doing something that night. I just don't know what to do I kow he loves me but it seems like he is getting away with the bare minimum right now....is this fixable or it going to get worse?
