Your the sister to put it bluntly **** him up! He is hurting your little sister mentally! Tell him to back off! Now is the perfect time to show him you are a young women! WHen i was 16 my older brother was 23 and treated me like **it and i knocked him out cold. Me and him are really close now! lol :P
