How to retrieve Tally 7.2 data from C:\Tally7.2\Data\0001 folder after HDD format?

Actually without taking backup file (TBK500.001) I just copy the folders which are inside C:\Tally\Data\ folder to another drive and format HDD. After OS & Tally loading I can't retrieve tally data from C:\Tally\Data\0001 folder using RESTORE as i didn't backup it. Therefore I request all of you to inform / guide me HOW TO RETRIEVE DATA FROM C:\Tally\Data\ 0001 folder ELSE I will lose all my company's important data & my job might be end. SO PLZ HELP ME
