Hi guyz wanna ask u a simple question?

mmm...i am attending skool in about 8 dayz...and i want to cut off the internet connection at my home...well i want to benefit...from it b4 i cut it off...i mean is there a program that i can download for ex. an encyclopedia that has information and pictures...mmm...a dictionary that i can install on my pc by downloading it from the web...plzzz help
